Article 9. The Child’s Right to be Protected Against Violence: The Law of the Republic of Armenia on Child’s Rights

Each child has a right to be protected from any type of (physical, spiritual, etc.) violence. Any person, including the parents and the legal representatives of the child are forbidden to exercise any violence against the child or any punishment humiliating its dignity, or other similar attitude.
