Ergotherapy

Ergotherapy, also known as occupational therapy, helps in treatment or rehabilitation of people who have physical, psychological and social problems.

Talking about medical fields, ergotherapy is cross-disciplinary: it is used in pediatrics, orthopedics, geriatrics, neurologic-psychiatric and other fields.

Occupational therapy improves gross and fine motor skills.

Ergotherapists’ tools are physical activities, mental exercises, and social interactions. With the help of ergotherapy, children can learn to perform everyday tasks better, such as getting dressed, eating, walking, running, playing, etc. The therapy also improves children’s concentration, the ability to learn better and develops social skills.
