CHILD – Connecting Hope, Inclusion, Learning & Development

Implemented by Bridge of Hope in Tavush, Armenia, the CHILD project (September 2025 – September 2026) promotes the holistic development, independence, and inclusion of children with disabilities living in one of the most vulnerable regions of the country. The project is supported by Mission East – Danish Relief and Development Organization.
The project ensures that children receive regular physical, speech, occupational, and art therapy tailored to their needs, along with access to essential assistive devices. It also empowers parents, especially mothers,as key partners in the rehabilitation process through workshops, consultations, and peer learning.
At the community level, CHILD works to transform public attitudes and challenge stigma through inclusive events, awareness campaigns, and “Rehabilitation & Inclusion” holiday camps where children with and without disabilities play, learn, and create friendships together. Youth volunteers and parents’ advocacy networks further strengthen community engagement and promote respect for diversity and equality.
By connecting Hope, Inclusion, Learning, and Development, the project builds a society where every child is seen, supported, and allowed to reach their full potential.
