The project is realized through the partnership of Mission East International Relief and Development Danish Organization and Armenian NGO “Bridge of Hope”

The project is implemented by “Bridge of Hope” “Child Development and Social Inclusion” community-based centers in Dilijan, Ijevan, Berd and Noyemberyan communities of Tavush Marz.

The project supports the inclusion of  310 children and youth with physical, mental, and psychosocial disabilities in their respective communities through psychosocial rehabilitation services.  It is contribution to the overall goal towards social inclusion of children and youths with disabilities in Tavush Marz to live independently, to learn and earn for living and to make decisions (supported decisions, if needed) on the issues that affect their lives.
